Three years ago we decided to build our dream home. We did not have a lot of technical knowledge; but we did know we wanted a central vacuum. music in every room from the satellite and 5 TVs hooked up in various rooms with minimum wires being exposed. We were very fortunate to meet with Rodd Wazny, owner of Chemong Home Solutions,  who helped us right from the beginning. As the house was being finished he worked with our builder and was able to hide all the wires in the walls and install all of the equipment in another room out of sight. Rodd was very patient and friendly as he explained his recommendations. He installed our Beam Central Vacuum System including counter kick-plate sections for sweeping and a very useful connection in our garage for vacuuming vehicles. We have the TVs installed without visible wires and he also made another connection in our workshop for satellite music and possibly a future TV. Rodd installed a full intercom system - from our main front door throughout our home. We can contact each other through the intercom instead of moving through our house to communicate. The system also provides music from the satellite and CDs - inside the home and outside on porches/decks. A security camera system was a recommendation of Rodd. The system is connected via internet - we can see all four entrances to our home and this is recorded for future use should it be necessary. We can check this system from anywhere to be sure our home is secure and not being violated. Rodd's staff at Chemong Home Solutions is very professional and courteous. Many times we worked with and spoke to Rodd's wife Vicki by phone to walk us through systems. She is very helpful and most pleasant to work with. Rodd Wazny provides professional, quality service and we certainly are pleased that he has and continues to provide technical solutions to us. Rodd and Chemong Home Solutions are highly recommended by both of us.
